  • 350 grams of potatoes;

  • 300 grams of wheat flour;
  • 200 g cream margarine;
  • 3 egg yolks;
  • 100 g of sugar.

Finely chop soft margarine with a knife with flour, mix with sugar, pour in egg yolks and knead the dough, wrap in foil (another foil or plastic bag will do) and leave in the cold for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer no more than 0.5 cm thick. Cut out circles with metal molds for muffins or a suitable-sized cup.

Grease molds with butter, lay out the dough (it should fit snugly to the bottom and walls). To the baskets in the end did not lose shape, you can lay on the bottom circles of parchment and pour the legumes.

Bake tartlets at 200ºС for about 10 minutes, pour out the beans and bake for the same amount. Remove the ready-made “baskets” from the molds, cool and fill them with stuffing.

Products bake in the oven (200 º C) for about 20 minutes. Remove the baked pans from the molds, pour out the legumes, cool and fill with the filling.

Put cottage cheese in a blender, add cream and butter, garlic, salt.

Beat well, add finely grated Parmesan and chopped dill, mix. Boil shrimp, if necessary — clean.
