1. Boil potatoes and carrots in advance. Allow to cool completely and peel. Then cut into small cubes. The smaller the cut, the easier it will be to shape the shape of the dog. Small pieces are well bonded and practically will not disintegrate during the creative process.

2. Cucumbers, I decided to use pickled, although you can take fresh. With them, the taste will also get a fresher note. By the way, if I cook such a dish the second time, I will use my own advice. And today I have Bulgarian pickled cucumbers of my own production. At the same time and try.

Their taste is sweet and sour, exactly like that of the famous Bulgarian cucumbers. And what else pleases is that they are very crunchy. So in the salad, they will be nice crunch.

You can fill with only one mayonnaise. But we are now trying to keep its consumption to a minimum. Therefore, if the dish requires mayonnaise, then I try to make a 50×50 dressing, diluting it with sour cream.

6. But first, the contents need to be mixed to dissolve the salt.

7. Let’s start forming. Put two balls on the dish, one large for the body, the second for the head. Outline both. Then dock the hind legs and ears. The front paws, by default, remained hidden under our ears. That is, in other words, we do not form them.

1. Boil rice to the state of readiness in salted water. Then let cool.

2. Crab sticks cut across into 3 — 4 pieces and disassembled into fibers. And if you want, you can simply cut into cubes.

3. Dice fresh cucumber and boiled eggs. Try, so that the size of the cubes was not very large. The smaller they are, the tastier the dish will turn out and the easier it will be to form the dog’s muzzle.

4. Cut the green onions and chop the greens.
