The first thing to start with is cooking meat. It is not necessary to use whole chicken, you can buy chicken fillet or chicken legs. In any case, the meat will have to be cut into portions and sent to the pan.

Stew meat on low heat, salt and pepper as desired. While the meat is being stewed, it is necessary to dissolve the gelatin in water and allow it to infuse.

Walnuts, together with garlic, are roasted in a shredded form in a frying pan. We use zazharku as an additive to the roll, to give it a piquancy. Instead of nuts and garlic, in some cases, add the usual greens, and sometimes peas.

After 40 minutes, the meat is usually ready. It is necessary to separate the bones from the meat, and finely chop the chicken pieces mixed with gelatin and nuts.

  • gelatin — 30 g;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare about an hour and cool in the refrigerator for 5 to 8 hours.

The chicken is boiled in a deep pan until fully cooked. During cooking, add spices, salt water, add pepper as desired. While the fillet is ready, it is necessary to dissolve the gelatin in a container with water.

At the same time, chop the vegetables into small pieces. A variety of colored ingredients adds originality to the dish. Vegetables can be fried in oil or left fresh.

Dill, parsley, cilantro, arugula are suitable as greens. If desired, additives can be mixed with walnuts and fry all together.

After the chicken has cooked, you need to clear the carcass from the bones and cut the fillet into small slices. Add chopped vegetables, peas to the meat and mix.

Pour the prepared mass with water with gelatin and send it to the bottle. Put the mixture in the fridge until freezing. After the roll is ready, you will only have to remove the bottle and cut the roll into portions. Enjoy your meal!

After the broth is drained, and the mixture is filled with water with gelatin dissolved in it. At this stage, the preparation for the roll can be further salt or pepper as desired.

After putting the program warm up and ten minutes later put the mixture in a plastic bottle. To freeze, put it in the fridge. Usually the roll is ready in 5 hours.

The bottle is cut with scissors and the roll can be served on the table. This is a fairly simple and not laborious recipe. Sometimes, along with chicken, add pork or beef to the roll.

  1. When making a roll, a plastic bottle must be prepared in advance, rinsed and dried. A good 1.5 liter bottle fits well. Instead, you can use a high box of juice;
