Pork ribs in a slow cooker: with potatoes and stewed

  • 800 grams of pork ribs;
  • A kilogram of potatoes;
  • A pound of white cabbage;
  • Onions — 1 piece;
  • 200 grams of carrots;
  • 300 grams of Bulgarian or sweet pepper;
  • Tomato paste — 200 grams;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • A little salt and, if desired, black ground pepper;
  • 1 tsp Provencal herbs.

  1. We wash the pork ribs with water and clean the veins and films. Cut them into medium pieces;
  2. Put the meat in a multi-cooker, pour the sunflower oil, add some salt, pepper and add Provence herbs;
