Cooking traditional pork liver cutlets should be like this:

  1. Liver should be thoroughly washed under running water, get rid of the film and lived, divided with a knife into parts of medium size;
  2. Peel the onion, chop to a mushy state together with the liver in a blender or using a meat grinder;
  3. In a deep bowl, combine the resulting mince with eggs. Season the mixture and mix well;

  5. Heat the frying pan with butter and put the liver mince on it with a spoon, forming flat cakes. 3-4 minutes are enough for roasting each batch.
