Taking the preparation of salmon, you need to have at least a little experience in cooking, because it is very easy to spoil. But if you are a master of your craft, then you’ll get a really chic restaurant dish, from which everyone will get tremendous pleasure.
In addition to excellent taste, Atlantic salmon is a source of nutrients that rejuvenate the body. For cooking any dish from it, you can use both whole fish and a slice — fillet or steak. It all depends on the required number of servings.
Any sea fish before cooking is recommended to marinate, then it will turn out tender, juicy and will melt in your mouth.
Fresh salmon steaks, dry them with a napkin and check for bones. If necessary, remove them with tweezers.
Rub the fish abundantly with salt, prepared herbs and spices at your discretion. Cut a lemon in half, chop slices and lay them on salmon. Leave to marinate for fifteen minutes.
Pour the butter into a skillet, warm it well and let the steaks fry for two minutes on each side, not longer, otherwise the fish will dry out.
Turn on the electric oven at 200 ° C. In a small bowl mix the cream with water. Put the fish in a glass roaster, pour creamy liquid on top and send to bake for ten minutes.
The finished dish can be sprinkled with grated cheese or herbs.
Virtually any sauce goes well with red salmon, but with special tenderness and juiciness it will stand out in combination with cream cheese. It will take no more than half an hour to cook, so it’s best to make this dish just before the guests arrive so that it does not cool.

Buy a few salmon steaks. It is better to do this in specialized proven stores so that there is confidence in the quality of the product. Wash the washed pieces of fish with spices, salt and sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Leave for fifteen minutes.
Peel the onions and garlic cloves, pour the oil into the pan, warm it. Throw the garlic and fry for two minutes, until it changes color. Make sure not to burn. Next put passaged white onion sliced in half rings.
When it becomes transparent, pour in the cream, stir and simmer for six minutes. At the end, add the grated cheese and sweat the sauce until the product is completely broken down to form a homogeneous mass.
Put the fish on a baking sheet, pour the resulting creamy cheese sauce and bake for fifteen minutes in the preheated oven.

If you bought ready-made steaks of red fish, salt them, rub with salt and pour on lemon juice, wrap with cling film and leave for ten minutes. If you have a whole fish, cut the desired portion. Gently pry off the edge, remove the skin, remove all the bones. Then do all of the above.
