Nettle soup (with sorrel, with egg): simple recipes with photos

Everybody knows from childhood the grandmother’s soup of fresh nettle with a pleasant aroma and delicate sourness.   1. Peel nettle leaves from a hard stem and pour boiling water in a bowl for thirty minutes. Then you need to drain the liquid through a colander;
