  1. Peel the onions, cut into small pieces;
  2. Peel the carrots and then grate them on a grater;
  3. Take a large pot with thick walls. Vegetable oil is used for roasting vegetables. Put the onions and carrots in this pan and fry for 10-15 minutes. Add salt, pepper to taste;
  4. Take chicken drumsticks, wash and dry;
  5. Then you need to lay the chicken over the carrots and onions, as soon as they are fully fried;
  6. Washed and peeled potatoes cut into medium sized pieces. This is necessary so that the products are prepared equally quickly and evenly;
  7. Put the already chopped potatoes on the chicken, salt again, then add mayonnaise and butter. Stir all ingredients;
  8. Pour the products with water, leaving about 2 cm to the surface of the potatoes. Add spices. As soon as the water boils, you need to turn down the heat and continue to simmer until tender. This process takes 30-40 minutes.

  • medium-sized potatoes — 9 pieces;
  • chicken breast — 800 g;
  • onion — 1 piece;
  • carrots — 1 piece;
  • sour cream — 150 g;
  • garlic — 1 piece;
  • pickled cucumbers — 2 pieces;
  • salt and pepper — to taste;
  • spices (if you want to add them);
  • bay leaf — 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil required for frying.

Cooking time: 2 hours.

  1. Cut the onion into small semi-rings and grate the cleaned carrots. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Put onions and carrots in a saucepan, fry a little in vegetable oil over low heat, then add more garlic;
  2. Chop chicken breast into cubes. Wash potatoes, peel, cut into large pieces;
  3. Take another pan, there you need to put sour cream and bay leaf with the other seasonings. Put the chicken in this pan, stir it all neatly and pour the resulting mixture with a glass of water. Add spices. Stew for about an hour;
