Onion cutlets — sounds a bit strange, right? But they do exist. This is really a dish, which is based on onions — a useful root vegetable. But you should not worry, because among our recipes you can find meat products. We will prepare as many as six recipes for a delicious lunch or dinner!

  1. Remove onion bulb, remove the roots;
  2. Rinse all four heads, cut the roots of small cubes;
  3. Add paprika to the onion, mix well;
  4. Beat the egg to the steel components, mix well;
  5. There to send semolina, mix and remove for thirty minutes to swelled semolina;
  6. Preheat pan, pour oil there and warm it;

  • 450 g minced meat;

  • 80 ml of milk;

  • 900 g of chicken meat;
  • 65 g butter;
  • 180 + 130 ml of milk;
  • 1 onion;
  • 35 g of flour;
  • 170 ml of broth;
  • 7 g dry garlic;
  • 130 g of cheese;
  • 15 g flour;
  • 2 slices of bread;
  • 3 feather green onions.

Time — 1 hour and 35 minutes.

  1. Wash meat, cut off all films and grease;
  2. Cut it into cubes;
  3. Onions remove the husk, coarsely chop it;
  4. Milk (smaller part) is heated so that it becomes warm;

  14. During this time, heat the broth and milk, add them to the flour;
  15. Bring the mass to a boil, stirring it constantly;
  16. Grind grated cheese, pour into a saucepan and cook until it dissolves;
  17. Then boil another two minutes and turn off. Serve hot patties with hot sauce.

Many cooks use only egg white in meatballs. They beat it in addition to give the mass the same lightness, pomp and volume. You can try to do the same to see the result and know for the future.
