It is difficult to imagine another vegetable from which one could prepare such a huge amount of dishes.
She is a welcome guest at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

First, you need to boil the potatoes and crush to the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Then add butter, salt and spices.
Last, when the mashed potatoes have cooled down a little, eggs are added.

If there are no special devices, a regular plastic bag will do.

While the water is heating up, chop the leeks, mushrooms and potatoes very finely.
Toss in the boiling water first the onions, after boiling add the mushrooms, then the potatoes.
Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

For an unusual casserole, we need:
- Potatoes — 1 kg.
- Milk — 400 ml.
- Onion — 1 pc.
- Flour — 3 tbsp. l
- Cheese — 200 g
- Oil — 40 g
- Salt, pepper to taste.
Cut potatoes into thin slices and lay out the bottom of a greased baking sheet with them.
On the first layer should take about 2-3 volumes of the whole potato.
Then comes the second layer of finely chopped onion.

After an hour, remove the foil and bake another 20 minutes.

Serve hot baked potatoes with sour cream, butter, mayonnaise or any other sauce.
