  • 1 kg of wheat flour;
  • 700 g of cranberries;
  • 400 g butter;
  • 200 grams of sugar;
  • 4 cans of boiled condensed milk;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 0.9 tsp. vanilla;
  • 0, 5 tsp. salt;
  • 0.7 Art. l baking soda.

The main stages of cooking:

  1. The softened butter with sugar is transferred to a deep bowl and whipped until smooth, while the butter should become significantly whiter.
  2. Eggs are beaten with a whisk or blender until smooth. Soda, vanilla, salt and juice of one lemon are gradually added to them. Then everything mixes well again.
  3. Sifted flour is gradually added to the egg mixture. It may need less than 1 kg, so you should not hurry. The dough is kneaded by hand until it no longer sticks to the hands. After that, you need to form a «brick» and send the dough into the freezer for about 45 minutes.
  4. After the specified time, the dough is removed and divided into 10 equal parts. One piece should be left, and all the rest sent to the fridge. This is necessary in order to avoid heating.
  5. The remaining dough is slightly kneaded by hand, after which a 2-3 mm thick layer is rolled out of it.
  6. With the help of a rolling pin or bottle, the future cake is transferred to a baking sheet, which has been covered with flour beforehand. It is sent to the oven heated to 150 degrees for 5 minutes.
  7. As soon as the cake is baked, it must be laid out on the table and greased abundantly with boiled condensed milk. It should be very thick and in no case flow.

  • 2 tbsp. l cocoa powder;
  • 2/3 tsp. baking powder;
  • 1/8 tsp soda;
  • ¼ tsp finely ground salts;
  • food coloring red color at will.

The main stages of cooking:

  1. Food coloring in the form of a powder should be immediately dissolved in kefir or sour cream. If the dye is liquid, then add it directly to the dough.
  2. 125 g of soft butter should be well whipped with sugar until you get a creamy consistency. After the egg is added and again everything is mixed well.
  3. Half of the sifted flour with cocoa powder, salt, soda and baking powder is added to the dough. Everything is brought to homogeneity and kefir interferes with a liquid dye. It remains to knead everything again and add the remaining flour.
  4. The dough is laid out on paper molds, which are filled in about half. And put in a preheated oven (180 degrees) to a dry match. That is, for 20-25 minutes.
  5. To make a cake with cupcakes for a wedding tasty and beautiful, you need to prepare a cream of the right consistency. To do this, the remaining butter is combined with cream cheese and whipped at medium speed. Caster sugar is gradually added there until a homogeneous mass is formed.

  • ½ tsp vodka;
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt, citric acid, vanilla — to taste.

The main stages of cooking:

  1. Eggs are combined with cottage cheese, sugar and sour cream. Everything is very thoroughly mixed until uniform. You can manually, and you can use a blender.
  2. After adding the sifted flour, soda, quenched with vinegar and vegetable oil. Again, you need to knead the dough well.
