  • 15 grams of vanillin.


Break two eggs into a saucepan, pour milk over them and sprinkle with two tablespoons of flour. Beat with a whisk.

Add sugar, knead well.

We put the container on a slow fire, cook until thick. It is important to constantly mix the cream so that it does not burn to the bottom.

When it thickens enough, turn off the stove and leave to stand at room temperature. If you want to speed up the process, we lower the bottom of the pot into another container with cold water and often mix.
