  8. Grate the grated cheese and sprinkle scrambled eggs on it.

To prepare this masterpiece take:

  • eggs — 4 pieces;
  • mushrooms — 150 gr;
  • grows oil — a couple of tablespoons;
  • onion — 1 piece;
  • sausages — 2 pieces;
  • salt — 1 gr.

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes.

Caloric content: about 160 Kcal / 100 gr.

  1. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  2. Fry the onion for a couple of minutes in sunflower oil. Add mushrooms, chopped large. Fry until moisture is gone and the color turns rosy.
  3. Cut sausages round and add to mushrooms with onions.
  4. After a minute, add the eggs and salt.
  5. Bring to readiness and shift to a dish.

Note: mushrooms, oyster mushrooms or others are suitable as mushrooms.

Avoiding scrambled eggs to the pan with a Teflon coating can be rinsed with cold water and put the wet dishes on the fire, and after the water has evaporated, pour oil.
