Cake with sour-cream cherry
For shortbread dough we need:
- 200 gr. baking margarine;
- 100 gr. Sahara;
- 2 eggs;
- 300 gr. flour.
The recipe for the preparation of short pastry requires accuracy. Margarine should be necessarily softened. If you have it cold, the dough will not be very elastic. It will be difficult to beat. Therefore, before putting it into a container, it must lie at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- In margarine, add sugar, beat it in a fluffy and airy mass. It is desirable to completely dissolve the sugar;
- Then add 1 egg and 1 yolk;
- After the mass is ready, add the sifted flour and stir in the margarine with sugar and egg.
Sand dough is ready. We remove it for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 10 gr. gelatin;
- 50 gr. cold water.
The recipe for cooking jelly offer classic. Take gelatin and add water, be sure to immediately mix.
While the gelatin swells take syrup from cherries and bring to a boil. And as soon as the syrup boils, remove it from the stove and add to it the swollen gelatin. Mix well, so that the gelatin is dissolved.
Filling will be done from sour cream. The recipe of its preparation is very fast.
For its preparation will require:
Eggs with sugar, beat in a lush and stable mass. Add sour cream.
- Roll out the cooled dough, 7 mm thick;

In the first we beat: eggs and 100 gr. sugar in a good dense foam;
In the second: gradually add 5 tablespoons of sour cream. spoons of sugar and whisk with a whisk. After complete dissolution of sugar, pour in condensed milk.

The recipe is interesting because the dough is divided into three parts:
The first — cubes
