It is no secret that most housewives do not always have time to cook a half-day cake. But what to do if you suddenly unexpectedly appear guests and want something sweet, — in this case, you can cook a cake in a hurry.
I suggest you familiarize yourself with the family, in my opinion, the best recipes in the category of «fast» cakes. They will not take you much time, but will surprise your guests and households with their taste.
1) Strawberry cake.
For its preparation you will need:
- Cookies — 300 g
- Cream — 500 g
- Strawberry — 300 g
- Sugar or icing sugar — to taste
The recipe is very simple. At the beginning, choose a cookie of your choice, it can be both shortbread and biscuit. Put it in a baking dish.
Two thirds of strawberries chop with a blender, add sugar to it. Pour the resulting strawberry mixture over the cookies. Top with the remaining third of the strawberries, cut into pieces.
Add caster sugar to the strawberries if you want the cake to become sweeter. Put your cake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool. Cover it with the top layer — whipped cream.
Peaches can be used instead of strawberries.
2) Chocolateth cherry cake
- Ready cakes — 4 pieces
- Flour — 2-3 tablespoons
- Eggs — 1 piece
- Milk — 500 ml
- Cocoa — 3 tablespoons
- Canned cherry — 300 g
Beat the egg, add sugar, milk and cocoa, mix everything thoroughly. Then put the mixture on a small fire, before boiling — add flour. Let the cream cool.
Then, grease all 4 cakes with cream, decorate the top layer of the cake with canned cherries.
3) Sour cream
- Sour cream — 600 g
- Sugar — 2 glasses
- Soda (baking powder) — 2 tsp.
- Flour — 1,5 glasses
- Eggs — 3 pieces
- Vanilla powder — 0.5 tsp.
Beat the eggs, add sugar and gradually all the other ingredients. Half of sour cream and sugar, leave on the cream.
The resulting dough, divide into 4 equal parts and bake at 180 degrees until golden. For cream, mix sour cream whipped with sugar, you can also add butter. Grease all the cakes with a cream, decorate the top layer of the cake at your discretion.
You can use marmalade, raisins, nut crumb and mastic. Do not limit your imagination.
- Vanillin — pinch
- Sugar — 200 g
- Crumbly cookies — 250-300 g
- Butter — 150 g
- White wine — 120 ml
- Gelatin — 3 tablespoons
- Cream Cheese — 300 g
- Cream 30% fat — 400 g
- Lemon juice — 4 tablespoons
Crumble cookies, mix with melted creamy sugar, add half of vanilla sugar. The resulting shortbread dough, place in the form, put in the fridge freeze.
This is the shortbread dough will be the basis of your cheesecake.
In the meantime, prepare the cream. Add white wine to gelatin. He will begin to swell.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, 50 g of sugar and the rest of the vanilla with a mixer.
Gelatin with wine, put on the hob, and add 100 g of sugar, bring to a boil.
Whip cold cream with remaining sugar.
Gelatin in small portions add to the cream with whipped cheese, then add the whipped cream.
And at the end pour the cream on the frozen sand cake. Refrigerate for another 3 hours.
And your cheesecake is ready. Decorate it with chopped strawberries, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
5) Sponge Cake
You will need the following products:
- Condensed milk simple or boiled — 1 can
- Sugar — 200 g
- Flour — 200 g
- Eggs — 6 pieces
- Butter — 200 g
- Lemon juice — 1 tsp
- Berries — 300 g
Separate the yolks from the whites and whip them with the sugar. Squirrels also whisk separately with sugar.
Then mix the whipped whites and yolks, add the flour and knead the dough.
You can bake all the dough in one form at once and cut it in half to make two shortcakes. You can also divide the dough into two parts and bake the cakes separately.

You can make an alternative cream with bananas, for this, add chopped bananas to a mixture of cream and sugar, chop and beat.
Also, the top of the cake can be poured icing. Frosting is made from cream and sugar. Cream should be mixed with sugar, and put on a small fire, cook for about 10 minutes.
Nuts can also be dried in a skillet without oil, then they will be tastier.

7) Corn Cake
Corn sticks — 150 g
Condensed milk — 1 can
Butter — 100 g
Honey — half tablespoon

You can make a whole cake or make cakes covered with a sprinkle of biscuits or coconut chips.
Crush the sticks in such a way as to make their halves and quarters. Add condensed milk and honey and mix.
Add butter. Blind rounded shape — and there will be a cake. If you make separate balls, you get cakes.
