Today we will talk about how to make a cake decorated with fruits and berries, according to the most original and simple recipes.

Such desserts can be made not only fruits, but also crushed nuts, various dried fruits, frosting or chocolate sauce. Hostesses should take note that fruits and berries do not necessarily have to act exclusively as a dessert decoration, because they also perfectly complement the taste of the cake, if used in layers with cream.

Below we describe how to make a cake with pastries and chocolate sauce, as well as describe the process of making a delicacy from already prepared sponge cakes.

Berry-fruit cake with chocolate sauce

To make a cake decorated with fruit and berries and chocolate sauce, the hostess should prepare all the ingredients in advance. The composition is quite simple, so products can easily be found in the grocery store.

This cake will include not only a light cream, but also fresh raspberries and peach pieces, which will turn out an incredibly delicate delicacy.


  • brewed coffee — 45 ml;
  • granulated sugar — 285 grams;
  • dark dark chocolate — 55 grams;
  • kefir or milk 3.2% — 235 ml;
  • high-grade flour — about 1.5 cups;
  • baking powder for the dough — 1 spoon;
  • cocoa powder — 5/6 cup;
  • vegetable oil — 2.5 large spoons;
  • vanilla liquid extract — 1 spoon;
  • chicken egg — 1 piece;
  • egg whites — 6 pieces;
  • raspberry fresh — 450 grams;
  • salt — pinch;
  • powdered sugar — 1 cup;
  • butter -190 grams;
  • water — 120 ml;
  • fresh peaches — 2-3 pieces.

Cooking process:

To make a cake decorated with fruits and berries according to this recipe, you must start by preparing chocolate, to do this, break the tile into pieces, pour the already brewed hot coffee, and then leave it for a few minutes. While the chocolate is melted, you can take a large bowl and pour flour, cocoa powder, some salt and baking powder into it. In a separate container, liquid products are combined, first pour kefir or milk, then chicken eggs are added to it, the required amount of vegetable oil and the extract is poured.

Now you can combine the liquid and dry basis for the future test, it is important to mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps in the test. Already melted chocolate with coffee is poured in there, and everything is well mixed again.

Baking the cake in the oven:

The prepared mass is poured into separate baking molds; three can be used to obtain three identical biscuits. If there are no three forms, one cake is baked, and after cooling it is cut into three equal parts.

The container with the dough is sent to the oven, the cake is baked there for about forty minutes, sometimes you need a little more or a little less time.

Preparation of cream:

Next, you can prepare a cream mass, for this half of the icing sugar is mixed with water and moved to the fire, while the syrup is being cooked, you can beat the second part of the powder with six chicken proteins. Ready syrup is removed from the heat.

Without waiting for cooling, they begin to gradually pour it into the egg mass in a thin stream, while it is very important not to stop the beating process. As soon as the syrup is added, you can put the necessary amount of butter in the cream and beat it again until smooth.

Peach is added to one half of the cream and raspberries to the other, then both creams are mixed.

Such a cake with sour cream can be an excellent alternative to butter dessert on condensed milk. It is worth considering that the cream for the cream should not be oily, otherwise the dessert will be quite heavy. As a dessert decoration, we will use grapes, kiwi, strawberries, but the hostess can replace these berries and fruits with any other.

We will need:

  • ready-made cakes — 3 things;
  • not fat sour cream — 800 grams;
  • large kiwi — 4 pieces;
  • grapes — a big bunch;
  • strawberries — 20 medium berries;
  • walnuts — the required amount;
  • gelatin granules — a teaspoon;
  • powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

Start cooking:

To make a cake decorated with fruits and berries, according to the presented recipe with a photo step by step, you must first prepare a gelatinous mass, for this gelatin is soaked in water for about forty minutes. Next, proceed to the preparation of the cream, in our case, sour cream is used, so the product is transferred to a separate bowl and whipped with powdered sugar and vanilla.

The recipe does not indicate the amount of bulk products for the cream, as the hostess herself should regulate the sweetness of the finished product. Gelatin is gradually added to the whipped mass, and then everything is mixed and set on fire.

Mass boil over low heat for five minutes, and then the composition is removed from the stove and allowed to cool, you can add to the cream a little crushed nuts. Now fruits and berries are taken, they are washed and cut into slices, a few berries are left to decorate the finished dessert.
