To prepare this sauce, you will need to prepare tomatoes, chili pepper, onion, garlic, and spices. And the process of cooking is simple, it does not require much experience.

Mexican salsa sauce in a classic interpretation is prepared according to the following culinary steps:

  1. The first thing we wash tomatoes, remove the stalk;
  2. With tomatoes, you need to remove the skin, cut it in half and clean the seeds;
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces;
  4. With onions we peel husks and chop small cubes;
  5. Garlic cloves are peeled, shredded with thin slices or passed through a garlic pot;
  6. Chilli pods need to be well washed;
  7. Cut the stalks from the peppers and remove the seeds;

  9. Put all the vegetables in one cup;

How to do it:
