Lightly salted cucumbers — a real hit of any table. They are good as a standalone option, as a snack and as part of various salads. And well they go at any time of the year.

You can make them salted very quickly. For example, regular packages are suitable for salting.

To prepare this option will require:

  • Cucumbers — 1 kg
  • Salt — 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar — 1 tsp.
  • Garlic — 4 cloves
  • Peas — 6 Peas
  • Dill — bunch

The best solution would be to pickle fresh cucumbers, because in them a maximum of water, they turn out juicy and crispy. If the harvest took place a few days before salting, it is worth pre-soaking the vegetables to restore the water balance in them. Best for salting pimply vegetables suitable.

Soaking them is easy — just dial in a container (large pan or basin) of water, put them there for a couple of hours. After that, you just need to rinse and dry.

Next, cucumbers should be cut «ass».

You can salt them all, you can cut them into pieces. The role does not play — the size will affect only the time for salting. For large ones, it may take a couple of hours; for 10 minutes cut into small pieces

Peel the garlic, chop or skip through the press.

  • Gherkins — 2 kg
  • Garlic — 5 cloves
  • Salt — 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar — 1 tsp.
  • Pepper — 4 pcs.
  • Horseradish leaves
  • Dill — bunch
  • Water — 1-2 liters

Prepare a jar — it must be thoroughly washed, doused with boiling water or calcined in the oven. Put it hole down.

Rinse the cucumbers, dry them, then chop each vegetable with a fork — such a measure will ensure faster salting.

Horseradish and dill, wash, cut together, and you can not shallow. Garlic must be crushed.

Put herbs and garlic on the bottom of the pan, but not all, but only a part. Top carefully place the cucumbers, then again the herbs, after the cucumbers.

Then pickle: add sugar and salt in water, boil. While it is still boiling, remove from the heat and immediately pour into the pan. Then wait until cool. Store in the refrigerator.

  • Cucumbers — 1.5 kg
  • Garlic — head
  • Cherry leaves — 2 pcs.
  • Horseradish
  • Dill — bunch

Rinse the cucumbers and put them in a bowl of water to saturate with moisture — it will take about 4 hours. Peel the garlic, cut into slices.

Wash the jar, ignite it. Then send to the bottom of the leaves of cherry, dill and horseradish, torn hands, peppercorns. Lay out the garlic. Next cucumbers — place them carefully.

For beauty, you can sprinkle them with dill on top.

Boil water, add sugar, salt, immediately, while it is still boiling, pour cucumbers to the very top. Cover the jar with a lid and wait until everything cools down.

Then close the jar, clean in a cool place — a refrigerator or cellar.

Cold pickling does not make cucumbers less tasty.

For them will require:

  • Cucumbers — 1 kg
  • Dill — bunch
  • Garlic — head
  • Salt — 2-3 st.l.
  • Sparkling water (choose highly carbonated) — 1 l

Salting such cucumbers should be in a container with a tight lid. Garlic should be cut into thin slices. In the container, put the hands torn dill, then garlic.

Rinse cucumbers, dry, cut off the tips.

Then send them to the container.

Pour half a glass of mineral water into a separate container, dissolve salt in it.

Pour cucumbers with this billet. If this quantity is not enough, add from the bottle. Close the container tightly and put it in the fridge for a day.
