Compote of frozen strawberries, blackberries and currants

In this recipe, the pronounced strawberry flavor and aroma are balanced by sourness, which is given by blackberries and currants (it is better to try cooking it with red currants, but black is also suitable).

  • 150 g of blackberries and currants;
  • 200 grams of strawberries;
  • 2 l of pure water;
  • 1 cup of sugar.

Cooking time: 20 minutes (not counting the time for cooling).

Calories: 40 kcal per 100 g of drink.

Boil water and sugar. When the latter is dissolved, pour the berries back, boil again. Then reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside from the stove and let cool by covering the dishes with a lid.

Refreshing shade gives the taste of this drink fresh mint.

  • 50 g of raspberry;
  • 150 g of frozen red and black currants;
  • zest of 1 small lemon;
  • 1 sprig of mint.

Cooking time: 30 min.

  • 1.5 liters of filtered, well or mineral water;
  • 1 cup of sugar.

Cooking time: 1 hour

Calories: 54 kcal per 100 g.
