Cooking Chicken and Cheese Muffins:

  1. Wash chicken fillet under running water, move to a chopping board;
  2. Peel off meat from films and grease;
  3. Put it in a small saucepan or saucepan, pour water and send it to the stove;

  • 210 ml of milk;
  • 120 grams of cheese;
  • 150 g pickled mushrooms;
  • 10 g of sugar;
  • 3 g of salt;
  • 110 g butter.

  1. Pour the milk into a bowl, add salt, baking powder and sugar to it, mix everything until dissolved;
  2. Beat the eggs one at a time and beat;
  3. Add flour through a sieve, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps;
  4. Dissolve the oil on the stove and pour in the remaining components, mix well;
  5. Rinse chicken fillet, rid of films and fat with a sharp knife, then place in a saucepan with water;
  6. Add spices and make sure that the water covers the meat on the two phalanges of the finger;

  13. Spread the dough in molds and bake for 25 minutes.

  • 220 g chicken fillet;
  • 30 ml sour cream;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 60 ml of mayonnaise;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 120 g of hard cheese;
  • 1 onion;
  • 30 grams of flour;
  • 100 g young onions.

  1. Wash the green onions and chop them finely;

  • 120 grams of cheese;
  • 5 g sugar;
  • 1 large tomato;
  • 1 egg;
  • 120 grams of chicken meat;
  • 60 ml of vegetable oil.

  1. Chop the cheese in small pieces;
