It will be delicious if you add to it some kind of rich vanilla sauce or chocolate ice cream.

Muffins are good because they can not only be at home, but also taken to work as a snack, and given to the child for study, and even to take with them for a picnic. Here only the quantity is important, it is better to immediately make a double portion, since such cupcakes disperse in the blink of an eye.

  1. Pour the flour in a bowl, but be sure to use a sieve.
  2. Add soda, salt, baking powder and sugar, mix thoroughly.
  3. Kefir to get a pre, give it a little warm.
  4. The oil is placed in a saucepan and put on the stove to separate. Allow it to reach room temperature, mix with kefir until smooth.
